Today is release day for our new Bourbon Barrel Infused Honey! We partnered with Minglewood Distilling Co in Wooster, Ohio, who loaned us a freshly emptied bourbon barrel to fill with our summer honey. We infused the honey inside the charred American white oak bourbon barrel, which imparts flavors of caramel, vanilla, and oak into the honey. We then returned the barrel to Minglewood, and they will be using it to make their own unique honey bourbon. We think this honey is delicious when drizzled over biscuits or toast, or used as a glaze for salmon. You can even use it as a simple syrup for cocktails. Available in both 5 oz and 10 oz jars. https://www.honeyrunfarm.com/.../bourbon-barrel-infused...
