With grant support from SWACO (Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio) the Worthington Green Team is taking waste reduction to the next level with our Worthington Reuses program! This innovative program will:
Pilot, promote, and evaluate REUSE based solutions to reducing waste.
Focus on the Worthington Farmers Market, Downtown Worthington, & elsewhere in Worthington.
Demonstrate a circular economy.
Implement App based solutions to generate Reuse data and promote Reuse.

Farmers Market Packaging Reuse Project
Join us in piloting the Periva app to help promote and expand the reuse of containers by the many Worthington Farmers Market vendors that already practice reuse. Help us build a sustainability based customer rewards system. Current participating vendors are The Local Grind and Too Good Eats.
