Black Cap Hot Sauce, Booth #67, Northwest Corridor

BLACK CAP TURNS 4!

In March 2021, we sold our very first bottle of Black Cap Hot Sauce. What started as a couple of unmarked bottles in a blind taste test has grown into a full-fledged fermented hot sauce brand—and we owe it all to you.

Black Radish Creamery, Booth #34, North Corridor - East

Exciting News!

We’re thrilled to share that our Raclette earned second place in the highly competitive Raclette category at the 2025 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest last week!

It’s aromatic, creamy, and melts beautifully over anything you can imagine!

You can snag yourself some of this funky delight this weekend at @worthingtonfarmersmarket

Silver Bridge Coffee Co., Booth #49, Northeast Corridor

Green coffee—just waiting to be roasted to perfection!

Every bean holds the potential for rich aromas, bold flavors, and that perfect morning cup.

At Silver Bridge Coffee, we craft every roast with precision, unlocking the unique character of each bean. Light, medium, or dark—what’s your favorite roast?

Sweet Thing Gourmet, Booth #44, North Corridor - East

Pop quiz! If you’ve visited me at any of our farmers markets, there’s a good chance you’ve heard me talk on about how one of these jams was one of our four original flavors 22 years ago. Our “first born,” so to speak. Can you identify which one it is?

Rush Creek Bread, Booth #46, North Corridor - East

All packed up and ready for the Worthington Farmers Market (indoors at the Mall). Rush Creek breads are rustic “old world” style sourdough breads crafted from freshly milled-in-house whole grains sourced locally and naturally leavened for breads full of flavor and nutrition. Stop by and try some real bread! Today I will have Signature, Signature X, Three Farros, Rye, Walnut Craisin Rye, STOLLEN, Cookies, and Crackers (while they last!).

Made From the Market

Two great — and easy! — recipes from our friends at New Path Farm . . .

Chestnut Mushroom Risotto

  • Sauté shallots until translucent.

  • Add Arborio rice (1 cup = 2 servings), and sauté until the rice turns white.

  • Add a hefty splash of white wine and cook until absorbed.

  • Keep heat on medium-low.

  • Repeat the process with broth or stock (add ½ cup at a time; broth or stock should be heated).

  • Continue adding broth until the rice is al dente.

  • Add the final cup of liquid, along with any extras (veggies, cheese, herbs, etc. — I used 1/2lb Chestnut mushrooms, grated Romano, and parsley).

  • For added richness, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of butter.

  • Plate and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan.

Superfood Smoothie

  • 40g pineapple

  • 50g jackfruit

  • 50g passion fruit

  • 1tsp honey

  • 17g broccoli micros

  • 1/2c water
