9th Annual Olde Worthington Fall Festival
Fall has officially arrived, and Worthington will be celebrating the season with its annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 12. Sponsored by the Olde Worthington Business Association, the festival will take place on the Southwest and Southeast Village Greens from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. As in the past, this year's event will include something for the entire family--from arts and crafts to pumpkin painting. Forty-five vendors will be stationed on the Village Green, along with folk musicians and plenty of good things to eat and drink like kettle corn, lemon shakeups and sandwiches. The following artists from the June juried show will be returning: Robert and Miriam Carson (wood furniture and outdoor art), Patricia Darbaker (printmaking), JT Dunphy (turned wood bowls), Earl English (photography), and Linda Goik (3D mixed media).
Worthington's historic Village Green is located at the intersection of Routes 23 and 161 in Downtown Worthington, near many great shops and eateries and the regular Saturday Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to noon.
