Wonderful Window Displays
The Old Worthington Partnership has revamped its holiday window design contest for this 2022 season for the retailers of Old Worthington. The neighborhood merchants have joined with The Partnership and their creative volunteers for “It’s a Wonderful Window Contest” and have transformed the window displays into holiday magic.

Homes for the Holidays: Special Exhibit
‘Twas the month before Christmas and all through the doll houses, small people were scurrying… to ready for everything Christmas!
Since 1910 small houses were made in America for the enjoyment of children, and this fall the Old Rectory parlor will buzz with miniature preparations in little buildings through the decades. From November 15th to December 16th, we invite you to be our guest and enjoy this special Christmas display.
Add a visit to the Doll Museum and Barbie Special Exhibit for $3 per person. Or visit the Shop at the Old Rectory for some unique holiday gifts of consigned antiques and collectibles, Society merchandise and Worthington memorabilia.

Letters to Santa Mailbox

Starting November 22, you can drop off your letters to Mr. Claus outside the Griswold Center. Please be sure that your letters include your name and address, so he can send you one back. Santa's Mailbox will return to the North Pole on December 17, so don't miss out!

Columbus Rings Holiday Concert
Join us for our annual holiday concert in Worthington as we perform this year’s program, “Here We Come A-Carol Ringing!” which features arrangements of traditional Christmas Carols (with a few twists of tempo and meter, of course) by Dean Wagner, Ron Mallory, Brenda Austin, Matt Compton, Jason Krug, and more. We’ll be joined by Cody Grabbe on the clarinet, Aidan Terry on the double bass, Jim Lindroth and Zach Koors playing various percussion instruments. We can’t wait to ring in the holiday season with you!

If you love the Christmas season, and you love Christmas songs, and you love helping a local non-profit, then this is the event for you. We will have a part of the Lord of Life Lutheran Church’s Contemporary Music Choir, CrossCurrent, playing some seasonal tunes for everyone to sing along with. $1 from every beer and glass of wine will be donated to Seeds of Caring, and there will be crafts for the kids!
