What does it mean to be a smart, strong, safe and successful girl? Learn how to be a girl who is mindful, proud of her unique qualities, stands up for herself, shuts down drama and takes a stand as a leader! In this all-girl workshop the staff of ROX (Ruling Our eXperiences) will allow you the time and space to talk about the big issues in your young lady's life. She will connect with other girls by discussing challenges facing girls, such as cliques, fitting in and social media. These young women will learn how to use their powerful voices and strong bodies to stand up for themselves. We will even teach you methods of self-defense! Additionally, this special camp will give these ladies tools to express themselves through mindful movement, breath and artistic expression. Every girl has the potential to be a leader. Every girl has the right and ability to Rule her Own eXperiences!

Participants will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, shoes a water bottle and a packed lunch. A light snack will be provided. Register online now!
