The Worthington Inn Celebrates Dine Originals 10
The Columbus area is home to a vibrant and growing food scene. From talented chefs and remarkable restaurants to thriving farmers markets, the city continues to support and embrace a culture of culinary excellence. Dine Originals Columbus helps to facilitate this movement by creating a community of independently owned and operated restaurants in the area. Together their mission is to celebrate, support and promote their restaurants by providing unique dining experiences for their patrons and collaborative services and benefits for their members. Dine Originals 10, which runs from March 11 through 20, is a celebration of 10 years of Dine Originals Columbus. Many restaurants are saying thanks to their patrons through special offers, one-time menus, innovative events and more. The Worthington Inn will be featuring a unique, three-course menu for $35 per person. This 10-day culinary adventure is based on Chef Tom Smith's three, favorite culinary influences--local, Italian and French. Each of the three categories is featured on the menu with starter, entree and dessert courses, or diners can mix and match to create their own menu of multiple influences. That's a total of nine specials--plus the entire menu--for 10 nights.
Don't overlook this great opportunity to experience Chef Smith's primary culinary influences, which continue to be locally sourced produce and meat, sustainability, and a farm-to-table philosophy. Prime rib fans will also be happy to learn that The Worthington Inn recently re-introduced Prime Rib Tuesdays, a two-course prime rib dinner for $29.
